Random turning and non-reactive issue at dispatcher mode

I was playing in Bedzin station, and my camera randomly started to turn slowly to the right and didn't stopped it. After a bit of time, I cannot able to interact with anything, also tried to press esc, but the menu is also not reacted to any of my actions and the background is blackened. I didn't able to quit the game, so I have to "kill" it from the task manager.
