I am not sure if this is actually a bug, since the restaurant car lights didn't work in the past. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

I'll attach a few images here for further clarification.

Added missing lamps near entry, fixed emission of all in dining area. Whole series had problem with material used for lamps. It was shared with decal atlas using alpha and would not sort properly with windows, so most of them would not even render from the outside.
Side lamps would be too expensive to add two dozen point lights but got emissive bulbs and continous bars for whole lenght of dining area that also light up celling a bit.
