CCTV HUD should be separated from game HUD

Hi 🙂

I like to play without the HUD, except for talking to AI neighbouring stations, because relying only on what you would have IRL makes SimRail way more immersive and fun to play.

However, every time I open a railroad crossing CCTV, I have to remember to turn on the HUD before clicking on the screen, because the G key doesn't work when looking at the camera monitor.

My suggestion is simple: if we press G whilst not looking at a camera screen, the game HUD should show up/hide; but if we do so whilst we're looking at the CCTV, its own HUD should appear/disappear.
