Entering gameplay menu resets "notifications" setting

1. Turn off notification labels (F3) - notifications are hidden (e.g. no station names pop-up on telephone)

2. Enter gameplay menu (ESC), leave the menu (ESC) or just TAB, TAB

3. Notification labels are shown, you have to F3 again to hide it

Suggestion: Make some "hardcore" setting:

• No train radar (F1 off)
• No notifications (F2 & F3 off)
