Weird signal bug on Grodzisk Mazowiecki

Upon approaching Grodzisk i was put on a wrong track as i was supposed to stop for passengers

When approaching, i saw the repeater signal showing a steady green but the main signal showed a red
Meanwhile the HUD showed it as a single yellow

What i guess might have happened is the dispatcher realized his mistake and turned the exit signal red which would need this signal to show a yellow but this can only show green or yellow-green as far as i know. And so the signal not being able to show a yellow, it fell back to a stop aspect.
But this is just a guess, i didn't see it change as i don't use the top right hud and was coming in slow trying to contact the dispatcher (before he left)
