Flippo Posted October 14, 2023 Share Posted October 14, 2023 Hello, I have a problem with low FPS, for example in Warsaw (but there are other places as well). In Warsaw, I consistently get only slightly over 40 FPS. My specs: CPU: I9 11900K 32GB RAM Graphics Card: AMD 7900 XFX Display: 4K Resolution: Ultra Settings In Warsaw, the graphics card has a GPU utilization of only 40% and still doesn't go much above 40 FPS, while the CPU has a utilization of about 30%. For some reason, the GPU isn't being utilized more effectively. The graphics card memory is filled to about 20GB. What is limiting the FPS in the game? Gazz292 Posted October 21, 2023 Share Posted October 21, 2023 Drop the "Vegetation Density" slider back a little, i have mine set on 80%, and it really helps with FPS, it removes a little of the procedural tree's and bushes around the tracks, but with this i get 60 fps most of the time (it can still drop to 30 fps in some places, but it does not last for long before it back to normal fps levels, A side effect of reducing the vegetation density slider, i now know that there are at least 6 herds of cows along the side of the main line, before i only saw one herd that were right by the tracks, the others were hidden in the jungle of tree's and bushes.
