TrainEngineer
note that the chat window loses focus, after pressing enter. Hard one: if user continues to type next sentence: user is suddenly operating cab items. if user activates chat window again, he's unable to press space bar for vigilance control.... if train engineer walks outside and is chatting, and presses space bar, he's also jumping...

Skully
Please keep it losing focus on enter (or make it an option because dispatchers may like it). I would rather see the one below fixed: While focused in chat jumping should be disabled.
Gazz292
There is supposed to be a key bind to 'talk in chat' that i guess is so you press your keyboard key set .. 'Q' in my case, and it should activate the chat window... so you type your message, press enter and it should exit the chat window and be back to controlling the train, When i need to type a 2nd sentence, i either press 'SHIFT + RETURN' to do a line break and type a multi line message, or after pressing RETURN, press 'Q' again to re-activate the chat window. but the 'jump to chat' key bind has never worked for me. and whilst clicking about trying to activate the chat, i've ended up pressing some of the buttons on the EU07's driving desk, managed to turn the main power off the other day trying to click chat. giBBer8
I’m always flicking a switch or button when trying to type in the chatbox. Muscle memory now has me looking at the floor and typing, so avoiding the background important stuff! This is an important feature in a multiplayer server, communication being key. Only a few have braved voice comms. How do other sims handle this? Run8 would be closest, or trucker simulator?
