Freight train number TME 424042 spawning at the closed track with no overhead wires

Please take a look at the image below. I wanted to take this train from the bot and noticed something unusual. It spawned at the wrong track with no overhead wires. Also, the track has a red sign and is permanently closed.

Yeah...i had this problem today. When this post has been reported? A June? We have  September right now.
