Dispatcher timetable real arrival / departure times are incorrect

To be fair, I'm not completely sure if this is an actual bug or not, but it seems wrong.

It seems that the timetable real arrival and departure times are incorrect.

This example shows that the train 4116 is coming with about 10 minute of delay. But the real arrival / departure times still show as if it was running on time. Shouldn't it have information of delay based on the departure time from the previous station on the real arrival info?

Hi,

This column will show the real delay of the train thanks to the fact that dispatchers (AI and other players) will enter the time of train arrival and departure to their stations in this system. At the moment this does not yet work.

Speaking of this, I noticed that the SWDR screen clock lags behind the game clock about 1-2', not sure it happens to others but it threw me off a couple of times when considering stop times before I noticed it
