Announcements and display boards as a dispatcher not working

Hello,

when dispatching at Grodzisk or Sosnowiec Glowny, I go to the platforms sometimes to do some railfanning. There, I noticed that you don't get to hear the train announcements. Neither do the display boards show anything. I assume this is a bug.
