Zawiercie -> Track 2M: You can set a route into occupied section

Hello,

I discovered a some kind of the new bug. You can set route from Zawiercie to Myszków (to track 2M) even when the first section of autoblock (it2728) is occupied by a train. I'm adding video of the bug into attachments.

I also tested it same way into direction Góra (Track 2G), but I cannot set a route into occupied section, so this direction is OK. I didn't tested tracks 1G and 1M.
