VD Będzin takes back signal D after passing E signals

Heyho, at my trip with 644052 today I noticed a bad bug.

After a train passes the E signals and the player leaves Będzin, the VD takes signal D back to S1, so normally a runover is unavoidable. 

We could reproduce it several times:

This does not happen when the train is already standing in front of the signal / driving in the last section of the station:
