Katowice Zawodzie route O-D1 not possible when railroad crossing is open

Hey, it is not possible to set route from O to D1 or from P to D1 when the railroad crossing 315.621 is open. Video here:

This also applies from signal K (track 1) to P1M (line 3) going the other way
