Discussion about servers and upcoming routes

With more routes being released in the future by different DLC studios, I was wondering about several things.

Right now we have the main Polish route. As German, Czech, American and other countries routes are released, players will start to play those routes leaving a lot of multiplayer servers empty (particularly the main Polish route servers).

Are the multiplayer servers going to be re-organized in order to accommodate the new routes?

For example: EN1, PL1, DE1, CZ1, FR1, etc. for each route with increased slots.

If things will be the same, do the empty servers cost a lot of money per month to keep running?

How will this all work? I am just wondering.

If the new DLC maps will be available -  the question is whether they will be singleplayer only, or if there will be an option to play them over the network. If they are only for singleplayer, I think the servers won't be empty, because many players enjoy playing over the network with others.

That's a great point. I haven't thought about single player maps only.
