Many red catenary poles

I have noticed many red catenary poles when I was playing late afternoon (in game time). They are at the following locations:

- Dorota

- Sosnowiec Dandowka

- Katowice Zawodzie

- Katowice

Are they supposed to be like this? They are usually gray / white in color. 

I could not attach many pictures, but you can see what they look like in the image below.
