Dorota - can't set Wbl to Juliusz

I can't set Wbl 1J to Juliusz L171. Button doesn't do anything. As a result I can't send any train on L171 track 1 to Juliusz (only using Sz signal).

WBL1J is a line block assigned to a closed track to Sosnowiec Jezor. To send trains to Juliusz using track 1, you need to select the Wbl1S button above.
