Floating freight train driver

I noticed a bug today when a freight train was coming towards me. I saw the driver in the cab as usual. However, as the last freight car was passing me - I saw the driver floating outside of it in a sitting position (1 meter to the left of the last freight car). This happened a few kilometers before Juliusz and the freight cars were loaded with coal or stones (brown freight cars - not the blue ones).

This happened quickly so I could not take a picture. I will attach it here if I encounter the same bug again.

Isn't that from when the driver of the freight has switched to the number 2 camera, and is watching the train from the rear? as the driver disappears from the cab and is now looking along the train floating outside.

I am not sure but that could be a possibility.

Update:

I just saw the same bug again! This time the driver of the passenger train was floating 10 meters above and in front of the locomotive. Very strange.
