Coal tutorial - spawned underground after restart

First time playing, I started the freight tutorial and restarted the scenario a minute or two after departing. Somehow this spawned me under the terrain so I couldn't move. Pressing 1 still worked fine of course.

Attached the full log; I started driving at about 12:50.
