Situation about Trainspotting in Poland (and the baltic states)

I'm a train enthusiast from Germany. I planned to travel to Poland and to the baltic states next summer, not only but also to make some films about the trains there for my youtube-channel. I wanted to ask now how the situation about trainspotting in poland is, like what is allowed and what not, is there something you shouldn't do, how does train staff react when seeing trainspotters, etc...
