Opozno Poludnie bot does not respect ph

I was waiting for a train at Idzikowice, when Opozno Poludnie asked me to receive an EIP on the left track.

So I switched post to see what was going on. Not only it did not put 41114 on the platform track, it straightup stopped the train on the mainline. 4116 was just behind and the bot would not send him arround on either track.
