Brake handle position on wagons

Hello,

I'm here to report a small problem with the wagons. 
The insulation sleeves of the wagons are not in the right position. As it is in the game, the cars should not have the brake on.

I would also like to see a value for the empty/loaded position, and why not vary the position depending on whether the wagon is loaded or not (this value corresponds to the tonnage where the wagon goes from empty to loaded).
