Interior lights not visible

I noticed this issue has been partially resolved since the latest patch. I can see the interior lights of the passenger wagons and electric multiple units which I am driving. It's better than before.

However, I can still not see the interior lights of other player's trains. It's pitch black in passenger wagons when the other trains are passing by. Has anyone else noticed the same issue?
