Activation swich how to move ?

Hi I am not able to start the train I don't know how to turn the switch clockwise tried by mouse, but no result any one can help me.

Hold left mouse button down and drag to the right

Hi, thanks, it works but I hold the left button mouse and scroll wheel up it goes right and if scroll down it go left, finally it moves.
