Plans to expand the line / open branch lines?

I was wondering if it is planned in the near future to expand the current route or to open branch lines? I know we get gradually more signal boxes which is good, but the route itself gets boring if you have driven it 20 times xD

That's what it's like to be a driver.

A friend of mine became a train driver last year. Meanwhile, he also says that the business is quite boring. 

It's so funny because it makes this simulator seem closer to reality than you'd like to believe.

Don't think so, as this is an Early Access.
