Collision missing on background platform between Katowice and Katowice Zawodzie

I had a stop signal and took a walk right after Katowice station which you can see in the background:

And it turned out there were no collision on this platform:

Not much activity in this area so I'm not sure if you want a collision on this or not, but here's the bug anyways 🙂
