To make urban routes have a more city feeling.

In the urban areas the view doesnt give that "city" feeling it should. Suggestion: Gardens with fences, big traffic, stuffed houses, billboards, nicely textured houses, trains parking here and there on dead-end rails, crowds of waiting people, busy workers mabe looking at the tracks or fixing them, more colorful houses and buildings.

I would add that vehicles and people actually drive and wait at level crossings. Doesn't do much to reopen level crossings at the moment - nobody wants to go over there anyway.
