Cars not stopping at crossing without barriers Charsznica

Hello! At km 10 towards Charsznica cars do not really like to stop when the train comes :D. 2 cars just passed in front of me when I was ~50m from the crossing. As far as I've seen that crossing does not have barriers.

I know Polish people are in a hurry, but still :D.
