Windshield full of Water

It was on the TRAXX at the Map Katowice - Sedzizow in the Tutorial.

I used the windshield wiper water. After round about 5 seconds the windshield looks like the windshield in the photo. 

And at the other side the windshield looks like the same.

It goes away after I press again the windshield wiper water but it comes again.

I've had this happen to me once in the ELF tutorial, "Tutorial 34WE". The first time I loaded the tutorial everything was fine. However, when I restarted the mission I got the entire window filled with water.
