I've been seeing it everywhere as well and it's actually quite annoying, especially one you realize that the same pattern is repeated on ALL the glass in the game. Not only does this need to be toned down significantly, but it would be proper to see dirt everywhere the wipers don't touch. Even TSW does this. 1 1
