Rain Under Roofed Platforms

I'm fairly sure this is a new bug, although not 100%. Issue is as follows - the platforms under roofs are getting wet:

Again, I'm not entirely certain, but I'm pretty sure the roofs worked correctly in the rain. I think they have even been fixed at some point already. Also, Warszawa Centralna:

The rain is still appearing on the windows. Inside the tunnels leading up to it as well.

This is global problem. We'll work on solving that soon.
