Rotating Trucks in the Ground East of Olkusz

While driving West toward Katowice, I saw some interesting movement on the tracks. There were some rotating trucks that spin around head over heel and stick up through the ground, it's very strange.

(Imagine that trailer you see was spinning around on a horizontal axis, like the blade of a wind turbine.)
