Graphical world disappear bug

I've encountered this major bug, It is easy to reproduce on my system.

PC Specs:

RTX 3070

3700X

16GB 3200mhz RAM

1TB SSD

An update I tried driving along and eventually the train derailed rendering this part of the game unplayable.
