Repeat button (dispatcher mode)

If you talk to another dispatcher in the chat box and you get a train message or clearance for a section of the route, these messages should actually be repeated. The AI repeats the calls made. If a player controls the neighboring district, you have to repeat the conversations manually. A button that repeats the last message when pressed would be useful.
