Text to speech Annoncements always in english

Hi,
I play the game in French language but when I stop at several stations, I can sometimes hear annoncements but in English despite being in french mode. It seems that the voice is good (this time MS Julie) but not the text being read.

In STS we have put this : 

Region=fr-FR
Windows_TTS_Language=40c
Windows_TTS_Name=Microsoft Julie

The announcements should always be in Polish in my opinion. We're driving in Poland. The English announcer just sounds very wrong and pronounces place names badly.

Yes that is a fair point to hear polish announcements to increase immersion.

By the way I can't hear any announcements at all in the current game state so maybe better start debugging this first step.

i also want to hear station announcements in the local language, i.e. Polish,   maybe at the big station dual language.

Would also be nice to hear the announcements in a different voice at some stations,  wonder if this could be done with a random speech to text setting, i.e. use a male voice at some and female at other stations etc,

 

But i wonder what happens in real life, are all station announcements played from a central server, so the same voice will be used at all stations, or are there local anouncers / machines playing the announcements.
