Tracks ballast looks very weird in Sosnowiec Dańdówka in Tutorial E186 mission

I don't know if it is supposed to look like this and lighting disturbs the way it looks or it is just bugged, but it doesn't look normal nonetheless

It's an issue with texture management. Some gets unloaded when they shouldn't and results in such missing references. Was reported already.
