Pink signal = closed ??

I 'va got a question about the pink signal.
pink signal means the signal is closed, as shown by the pink triangle.

But , it's the opposite for the passage for the cars ( pink means open )

Is it possioble to adjust it ?

Appendix four contains pink color for for closed (locked in STOP signal) semaphore and for open cars passage, and mamy other symbols 🙂
