On Sheet Arrival/Departure Entries with English commands

I was going to hold off on this as I think this is being worked on.  But just in case I'll mention it.

Currently the sheets automatically populate the actual times with the scheduled times.  If you go to the check box and right click you do have options but they are not yet functional.  They are also currently in Polish for the English build.
