Wrong speedlimit/sign 20kph instead of 70kph

Sign says 7 but for arround 100meters starting at the sign the actual limit is 20. Location is between lazy and 1.3km before lacy lc.

Right before it you have W9 sign, start of speed limit area. Probably that's your twenty. Couple hundreds meters before you should have W8 sign with listed speed. There was a change in regulations to apply that number also on W9 about an year ago, but got already reverted as far as I know.
