Train not in good track

Hello, this is normal ?

Train 42946 is normaly stop in track 2 for make a reverse but in physical, he has in track 1.

 

I manually reverse the EC, open signal for train in track 1 and after is good expect one point.

 

Track 1 and 2 keep red and white blinking, what is that ?

This train should be dispatched directly to Sosnowiec Południowy Via line 660. It should not be dispatched to platforms in Sosnowiec Główny.
