Minor: Tooltips go offscreen

The new dispatch panels look good, but the tooltips on track circuits don't work well as the info runs off the edge of the screen. This info used to be provided in a red box, but they've been taken out.

jeah that is really a bit annoying that you cant read the train number. workaround is to use the trains nearby overview which shows the nearby trains and their next signal.

A minor annoyance, but all tooltips should be displayed onscreen.
