Multiplayer: Driver hangs during loading / Dispatcher receives no trains – KCP timeout despite bidirectional UDP traffic

I am unable to use Multiplayer successfully in either Driver or Dispatcher mode.

EDIT: Problem resolved. Issue had to do with ISP.

Found solution: ISP issue.
