Dispatcher: Lazy LC, fall through control panel

Hello,

If you walk close to/in to the control panel at the botton left corner, you fall through the panel. Ending up on the ground bellow.

When you enter the signal box after the "tumble", the tooltip says "Exit the building". I suppose it's technically not part of the bug as I never did exit the box, only fell through it 😉
