Radio Channels Skierniewice S PZS

When going through Sk S PZS coming from P PZS (Plycwia), there seems to be an issue with radio channels overlapping. One must already change from channel R2 to R4 at P PZS, however when going through S PZS, you get penalty points for using channel R4 instead of R2 - just meters before the next sign telling you to switch to R4.
