Skierniewice INT1 both AI and player dispatcher screen broke

I didn't bother reporting this on Discord since it's 1am in Poland and the next reset will likely fix it.

AI wasn't admitting trains arriving from Zyrardów. The game wouldn't let me do it either, it either rejected route setting or set the route but didn't clear the signal. Attempts to use Sz were also rejected, The AI had set two paths futher down the line (signals also not cleared).
