Renay Posted May 10 Posted May 10 Hello, I am writing to report a recurring issue regarding the "Senior Dispatcher" achievement and how the game saves the time spent in every outpost. I use the F8 menu to track my progress and ensure I spend at least 120 minutes at each outpost. After reaching the required time and seeing the achievement progress update on Steam, I usually move on to the next station. However, I have noticed that my progress is frequently reset or reduced after restarting the game. While I previously ignored minor losses of a few minutes, I have now lost more than 3 hours of progress across several stations: - Dabrowa Gornicza Huta Katowice (Dropped from 120 min to 1 min) - Krakow Przedmiescie (Dropped from 120 min to 85 min) - Miechow (Dropped from 120 min to 83 min) I have attached all my log files in a single zip file for your review. Could you please look into this bug? If possible, I would be very grateful if you could manually restore the missing time to my profile so I am not forced to spend time in outposts I don't really like again. Thank you for your help! Best regards, René SimRail_log_2026-05-06_00-42-14.zip

This method is something i have to do due to running on two different computers.
Wocka-Wocka Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Maybe these "lost dispatcher minutes" are due to you reinstalling the game? -> Because that would explain it. To get the dispatcher badges you need to dispatch all 120min per station on the same computer, with the local files "intact". I made a similar post about the strange way that "progress" is being saved, and thanks to Shiralyn (again) the answer to "why this is happening" kind of lies in a design decision AND in the Steam API (and the limitations of what it can save). So whatever is causing the minutes to not count (this topic) maybe AGAIN it is worth for Simrail coders to look at the possibility to fetch this data from their own servers. What I am suggesting is that the (dispatcher)data in-game can/should be loaded directly from simrail.pl (or maybe have a synchronization button in settings that synchronizes the local files for progress) For example my dispatching data for time for all stations has ALWAYS been correct on my Simrail stat page: https://simrail.pl/players/check/76561197997787182 So why not skip this ticket, and just code something that will always work. Also making it hard for anyone trying to tamper with the stats 😉
