I was driving yesterday night, super distracted, alt-tabbing and whatnot, and I failed to notice a speed limit drop to 40 km/h. As soon, as I got into the 40 zone (start of a yard), my train went over a switch and it felt like it hopped off the tracks, which is fine cause I was doing a 120 in a 40 zone. I apologize for the dark screenshots, but unfortunately it was nighttime. Now, I have accidentally crashed before. As soon as I did, the server terminated my scenario and essentially booted me to the main menu. I can only assume that following that, my locomotive was deleted in the server. Yesterday? Nothing. No boot from server, no loco deletion. I had to hit Esc, and select "Return to the Menu" to back out of the game.
