Impulse - how to turn on carriage lights?

Has anyone figured out how to turn on the lights in the carriages in the Impuls DLC train? When starting a scenario at night from cold and dark, the carriages are pitch dark and I can't find a way to turn the lights on.

You'll find this on the right screen under the "Lighting" settings. (You'll see values of 0%, 50%, and 100% there.)

I'm just not sure if the options on this screen are translated into English.
