After departing Parzniew and heading for Pruszkow I got a red signal waiting for me at the next station. ETCS began its braking curve and I followed along by braking and stopping well within the limits. After departing Pruszkow I noticed that the main MFD was frozen in the state it was in when I stopped (see frozen MFD in the screenshot below), but regardless I chose to continue accelerating up to line speed of 120 km/h just to see what would happen, and nothing did. Then I turned on the HUD and it showed a possibly frozen speed limit of 50 km/h, and my current speed was only displayed in caution/yellow even though I was running twice the speed limit, as you can see in the screenshot:

After arriving at Piastow I decided to do a reset. I deactivated the cab which shut off everything except the frozen MFD remained. Reactivating the cab did not help either, still frozen. Then I went to the other cab which showed a working main MFD. I went ahead and shut down this cab which resulted in a crash to desktop when I flipped the cab battery switch off. I guess the frozen MFD caused the CTD.
