Game Crashes after a few minutes

Hi there,

Bit of an odd one - the game runs beautifully, with very little stuttering, then after a few minutes it freezes and crashes - all my drivers are up to date, so I'm at a bit of a loss.  I've attached the latest log, hopefully it's nothing major!
