Feeling Dizzy - Steam Achievement not tracking

The "Feeling Dizzy" steam achievement is not tracking. Did several laps to the test track and the counter is stuck at 13/500 no matter how many laps I do.

The 13 laps were done  months (maybe more than a year) ago. Couldn't make it count any today.

It seems I made a mistake and incorrectly posted this bug in the Xbox section of the forums. It is actually a bug in the Steam platform.

Can any mod please move this thread to the Steam section of the forum?
